Dear PNAE members, Colleagues, Friends, network colleagues of PNAE and Nurses working with children and young people in Europe.
The updates being received each hour from the Ukraine are deeply distressing and are seared into our minds and hearts.
The principle of medical and nursing neutrality is fundamental to international humanitarian law and must be respected. However, PNAE wanted to take the opportunity to comment that at this time the children and families of Ukraine are in all of our thoughts.
PNAE send our message of compassion, strength and hope to the children and families of the Ukraine along with the Paediatric Nursing community and other health and care staff.
